I have worked with Anne-Marie on a monthly basis for a good number of years as she performed her role as executive assistant/office manager to the CEO... she was an excellent communicator and showed good instinct in deciding what challenges to escalate and how to do so professionally.
In the project manager segment of her responsibilities she showed leadership, initiaitve, and poise in handling cross department issues while avoiding potential disruption.
